Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

divorce question

I married my husband twice, we want to divorce now. Can I retype my old divorce papers and use them to divorce him again??? The terms of the divorce are the same. We are in agreement with everything.

Your actions are extremely dangerous as laws change and you do not state how old the papers are. If you are truly in agreement on everything a paralegal service may be the cheapest way to go. Good Luck.

Good question. I see no reason why not. But be sure to use the date of marriage as the SECOND marriage. Be sure to update other items therein.
