Divorce / Real Estate - So I am buying a home, wife wants a divorce * I am the only one who is qualifying for the loan based only on what income I make - QUESTION - can I sign the paperwork

for FHA myself ? or does she have to be present and sign also ? // side note : we are in our 50s

third marriage each, she also has property in her name elsewhere.* the house is a great deal and I want it but it will not last on the market 6 months till i get a divorce.

She will have to sign. Protect yourself with a post nuptial agreement.
