Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

After divorce and relocation, can my ex spouse move in with her boyfriend and my son? Do I have any legal input on where she can live and with who she can live with? I already agreed to her relocation.

How old is your child? If this is a child of tender years, then you could file an amended Dissolution stating that she is not allowed to expose your child to her paramours.

You have the same rights as if she had not moved. Generally, judges don't get too concerned about boyfriends and girlfriends moving in with the kids, but if you suspect something in his background, especially something serious like sex-related felony convictions, you may consider a supplemental petition to modify primary timeshare.
