Can't remember when i was married and don't know where my spouse is at, can i get a divorce?

The paperwork requires that you list your date of marriage. If you can't find your marriage certificate, you may have to get a copy from the county in which you were married.

You need to make valid, diligent attempts to find your spouse. There is a form for it in the paperwork package if you are filing your own divorce. If, after diligents attempts, you can't find your spouse, you can publish notice of your divorce in the paper using a specific procedure.
