i am a russian women who married a american man 3 years ago now the marrige is over we have a two year old daughter,my husband has filed for divorce and cut off all my funds except 500.00 week is this legal and am i entitled to more i have not contributed to this marrige in any way financially so do i still get something and what about our child can i keep her from him

If you get custody of your child, you will almost certainly get child support. Beyond that, you haven't provided enough information for me to help you. Your husband is currently under no obligation to support you, though the divorce judge may order him to do so on a temporary or even a permanent basis (though permanent support seems very unlikely given the length of your marriage). You should speak with a divorce lawyer right away to learn more.
