MY ex goes every saturday to some friends home todrink and party. How can I protect my some from this enviroment?
I'm not divorce yet and I'm concern about my son safety.

I assume your information is coming from your son (age?)and ,if it is, and he is complaining about the environment, then you can pick another day for your separated spouse to visit with him. Maybe they can go to church or a day baseball game together. Certainly don't want the father driving your son around after a night of drinking and party.
You may have to go to Court and get temporary custody and set the visits on a different day than Saturday.

The law is reactive, not proactive. You can't do anything to stop your son from being exposed to this environment except forbid it as long as you are married. If your husband causes something to happen to your son, the law can react, it can step in (probably through DCF) and do something. If you file for divorce, you may be able to have your husband's visitation limited.
