How do I get a divorce?
I have been seperated from my husband for 8 years now and do not know where he currently resides. How do I go about getting a divorce

Normally to start a divorce case the opposing spouse must be served and given notice of the suit.
Go to the Courthouse and discuss with either the Clerk of Court or a Law Librarian about a simplified divorce. You may end up publishing to give the required notice and that can cost you. In today's Internet age I doubt that your husband cannot be found.
