Divorce settlement

As per our divorce via the courts..my ex was supposed to give me a sum of money from his retirement . he had 10 days to comply with judges orders and 30 days to settle...its been 1 1/2 year and he has not...claims its in a quadro account from a 401k ....he states he has filed but nothing has happened yet.. what do I do to get this settled? and do I get intrest?

Should be able to file a petition for contempt and for enforcement and request attorneys fees and costs. Regarding interest-should also request.

You should seek enforcement of the judgment in the Florida court.
