Divorce Settlement

In 03/2005 I got divorced and agreed to give house for compensation of $5,000. I actually recieved only $4,000. Now in 11/2006 she is trying to sell house and now wants me sign over the deed to her. Is there any recourse for me or do I have to sign Deed over to my spouse? house is worth $390,000. do I have a loop hole here?
