Divorce settlement

As a FL resident, only being married 2 1/2 yrs, is my spouse entitled to any of my retirement, investments,stock ownership or anything fianancial?? The courts have said in the past that you have to be married 10 yrs to get any monetary settlements..we also have a prenuptial that she signed a few months prior to marriage..but is now asking for support,settlements and properties...everything that she waivered with the prenup..help asap!!

Without a review of your prenup, and thorough review of the facts specific to your situation, it is not possible to adequately answer your question. You should consult with an attorney to discuss this ASAP (perhaps the attorney who drafted the prenup would be a good place to start)
