If I signed divorce papers that stated I will split proceeds of the sale of the House and give her a ring and diamond studs I got her in the last 2 years. We got a letter telling us I needed to answer her with a reply of agree or disagree to get a hearing. We have come to an agreement She will let me try to get $$ to buy her out if not then we do the 50% Split of the Home. I also took back the ring as some issue happened that gave me answers to suppressions I had. I then replied I disagree and want the option to buy her out of the home and keep the ring. Can I do this? I did get the answer to disagree notarized and gave her a copy to sign.

yes, Until a court approves a settlement, it has no effect.
