i have been sopeanad in a case that does not invlove me what should i do

Do what the subpoena tells you to do. If you think the subpoena is a mistake, call the lawyer who issued it and tell the lawyer you think it is a mistake. If you think the subpoena will somehow expose legally-privileged information about you, you should speak to a lawyer.
