how can i get a divorce if i do not know where my spouse lives or any information of him?

You must make a good faith effort to locate and then start action by publication of a summons and complaint.

The Florida statutes require a "diligant search", then you may file suit in the county of the last place where the marriage was intact, or in the county of last known residence. Service of process is then made by publication in a local newspaper. Usually if the person has a social security number that you know is correct (from a past joint tax return for example) they can be found.
