Can you get a divorce without the other spouses consent after only 5 months of marriage, but lived 6 years together.

Yes, you can get a divorce without the other spouse's consent. There is never a need to have your spouse consent to a divorce. All you need to do is file your petition and allege that the marriage is irretrievably broken. You will need to serve your spouse and there will be a trial and/or a final hearing at which time your spouse can appear.
