Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Going through a divorce in state of Florida. How do they determine alimony? What amount should I get? Husband has a pension that I get 1/2 of & also works making about 23,000 per year.

Typically, the Judge determines alimony based on your need and your spouse's ability to pay.
