Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
divorce trial
I am pro se ( petitioner)preparing for final trial. Mother of the Respondent intended to witness on my behalf but broke her right foot and cannot come now ( diferent state) she wrote some important informations in Declaration- sworn statement, notary signed, which we would really like to be accepted as an evidence instead of the live testimony. What can we do for that? Can I maybe file it with the court clerk ( even mail it to the other side after) so the informations on there would get to the Court?

Re: divorce trial
Not admissable. You will need her deposition or permission from the court for her to testify by phone.
