You would need to agree to everything with the other party before you file for the divorce.

Assuming you agree on how to divode all marital assets and debts, and assuming you agree on a parenting plan (if you have kids), and assuming your agreed-upon child support meets Florida's guidelines (if you have kids), you can download forms and instructions from the Florida supreme court website. Then you would file your papers with a $410 filing fee with the clerk and follow the clerk's (or case manager's) instructions on how to set an uncontested final divorce hearing.
