I am currently unemployed but need assistance to file divorce papers currectly and to see if there is financial aid to process.

No financial aid is available to help you process your divorce papers. However, you may be able to find help at your local courthouse or your local legal aid office. Otherwise, you'll have to find an independent paralegal or a lawyer to assist you.

If you qualify, Legal Aid is the best option. You can find your local legal aid office on the web or through the Florida Bar.
