Getting a divorce. My wife and I have one child, shes willing to agree on a custody percent so that I can have BAH and a home for my child to come visit. What percent custody do I need?

Visitation agreements should be considered as part of the dissolution process, as well as a marital settlement agreement. A specific custody % is unnecessary. Usually, the parents will have joint custody with one parent being designated as residential parent or similar term. Florida law encourages parents to enjoy joint custody with joint responsibility for support. This is not legal advice to a specific client because all facts are not known. You would benefit from the legal advice of a family attorney.
