if my wife gets disability since 1985 and we have no minor children can we sell house and split evenly

Generally, marital property is divided equally. If you are asking whether you will owe alimony, the answer is "it depends." There is a good chance that if your income shows that you can pay, she will get an award because of her disability (if she can't work). An award can also come in the form of lump sum alimony and be paid out of your part of the assets. It all depends on the particular facts of your case and what she asks for.
