my wife left me went to ohio. then came back to get her things and get sick in the hospital .. still wants a divorce. said she will get half of my disability. i'm in a wheele chair most of the time. i would like a answer thanks

Whether she receives any portion of your disability depends on several factors. You don't indicate length of marriage, her income, children, nature of disability, etc. It is doubtful that she would get 50%. You are advised to consult with a family law attorney and review all the facts in your case.
