Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and i married on th 10 of november in kissimmee florida.I recently found out that she was never divorced from her first husband in chicago.I just want out.What the hell should i do.We have no children,community property or anything else to slow this down.

If she was married at the time you had your wedding, then you aren't married to her now, and you can happily go on your way and forget about her. Your wedding was invalid.

However, just to avoid any problems in the future, I usually tell my clients in your situation to file for an annulment. That way, you have a court order to prove that you were never married to her. For instance, if you hit the lottery next year, you don't want her popping up and saying, "Guess what, I'm claiming we're still married, and I want half the money!"
