my wife and I are not getting along and she wants me to move out imediatly. i have been the stay at home dad working part time when i can. my question is, if i leave the house as she wishes am i abandoning my children? and what options do i have to make this work out fairly. i have signed a prenup stating the house is hers. and i really dont care about the house. i only care for my childrens well being. with family assestance i provide about 1500$ a month into the household. sry if this is not well writen im alittle upset. thank you for ur help

The concept of "abandonment" in divorce was eliminated in Florida in 1972, but that doesn't mean you should move out. Moving out may harm your case in other ways, such as your claim for majority timeshare (custody) or 50/50 timeshare. You should speak with a lawyer before moving out.
