I'm going through a divorce my wife moved out of the house. The house is in foreclosure. We financed the house under her name because she had better credit. But I had to sign on the mortage documents. I lived in the house for the last year and just rented the house. She now has filed a eviction notice to the tenant. Broke into the house and stole a microwave. She did not lease the house, I did.

Can she evict the tenant?
