Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce

My wife and I are in the process of getting a divorce. We have been seperated for three months. Can she take our kids around her new boyfriend while we are still legally married and does it hurt her case in the divorce.

Re: Divorce

It depends on the judge really. First, parental responsibility will be shared. Do you want primary custody? If you do, then this fact might help her. If you are agreeing to her having primary custody, then it's really not so much of an issue. As far as will her conduct hurt her in dividing your assets. Probably not. You will probably need an attorney to help you sort out the various laws. Divorces can be easy with everything agreed upon by the parties (but still the proper forms must be submitted), or divorces can be messy. It's hard to tell when they are just starting out.

Good luck to you.
