me and my wife been seperated for 3 years and we want to get a non contested divorce we are not legalie seperated on paper she lives in new york i live in florida can i file for divorce in florida as long that we agree on everything or do i have to get legalie seperated and wait

You can file in Florida and have her sign a consent, together with the financial documents and the Settlement Agreement.
