Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
She wants divorce I want to work it out.
I think my wife has filed for divorce, but I to work it out.
She was unhappy and stressed out by our finances, and where we lived. We had an argument while her parents were there, the police were called and I was sent to jail over night. While I was gone she moved in with her parents and is looking for an apartment.
I am not angry about going to jail and I love her unconditionally. I want us stay together even if her family is against it.
We have only been married for seven months, and I think we could have a great life if things weren't so diffecult for us right now.
What can I do to prevent the divorce even if she files?
Can I ask the judge for counciling first?
Can an attorney help me prevent it?
What legal steps can I take to stop or slow down the divorce to help work things out?

An attorney probably can slow the process down to give you some time; however it is unlikely a judge would force her to go to counseling because the marriage is short term. You could however file a motion for counseling; who knows maybe she would then agree when she saw how strongly you felt.
