Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i'm divorce and have a 4yr old son. I have 40% and she has 60% visition. i have him one or nights during the week and every other weekend. She is planning on moving 2hrs away. I wont be able to see him during the week due to the distance. What can i do i live in Florida.

You have a right to object to the court. Most judges are refusing to allow the move unless there is a substantial benefit to the child. The standard for judicial review is "best interests of the child" not economic benefit to mom (New better paying job) or mom has remarried and spouse is being transferred.
