Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am not divorced from my ex. He has been absent and i was not able to locate nor was child support for over two years. It was not until May of this year after he was arrested for child support that he decided to become involved via telephone. I do not have the money for the divorce at this time. My main concern right now is I am trying to be a positive role model in lettng him develop a relationship again with them. They will be staying at his parents house for three weeks this summer in Orlando and I reside in Lake City. I do have court ordered child support and at that time he refused for visitation to be set. If he were to make it difficult when it is time for them to come home is it kidnapping if they are not returned when agreed upon

Not necessarily. I suggest you get a visitation schedule/parenting plan in place as soon as possible. It will make your life better in the future.
