Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am divorced and agreed to a bridge the gap alimony settlement in court. The agreement has been broken by both parties. She is pregnant by another man who she receives income assistance from him. She has also been employed for a year when at the time she wasn't. Am I still obligated to pay or will I be held in content for not paying ?

If you agreed to pay a certain amount, then that is the amount you must pay. What she does outside of that agreement has no bearing on you making the payment amount you agreed on.

Unless the court modifies the agreement, you cannot ignore it.
