Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced since Apr 09 and my ex-husband has not gotten my name off the house yet, which was agreed upon in the divorce settlement. Unfortunately, no time stipulation was noted in the decree. He was deployed from Aug 09 to Feb 10, we're both Active Duty AF, and every time I ask about the issue he just says he's working on it. I don't pay anything but the bank won't give me any status of the progress of any loan in his name and I'm afraid he's not getting the loan done. What can I do to ensure this is being taken care of or what is the time period I have to wait before taking him to court?

It has been a year and therefore reasonable time requirement has been met. I suggest you ask one las time that he complete the refinance of the house and remove your name and give him 30 days and ask for proof of refinancing - or in the ultimate let him know that you will file a contempt of order against him.
