Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have been divorced from my daughter's dad since 2005, but I am now in the middle of a secondary custody battle. My daugherts dad and I currently have a nearly 50/50 parenting plan which came about during this custody battle via mediation in January 2009. It became a court order in March 2009. The only issue left to resolve by the court at that time was child support.I was engaged at the time we entered into this parenting plan, but a couple of weeks ago broke off my relationship/engagement because of the stress the court case caused. My daughter's dad now claims that I am "exposing my daughter to men I am intimate with". Will he be able to modify the parenting plan?

If he can prove what he claims (usually by proving that men are spending the night at your place when your daughter is also at your place), then yes, he definitely has a case.
