Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am divorced and disabled from driving due to my seizures and am having issues with my x transporting my children back and forth to my new home that I recently moved to. He thinks that I have to live where I used to live until my children graduate but my attorney said that is not stated anywhere in our divorce degree, and then he stated that he is not going to transport the kids to and from my new home because I live 30-40 min away from him. He said he can't afford that. But yet if I were to get Uber transportation it is going to cost me 40.00 on the way there and 40.00 on the way back to his house and back to my house and that is just an estimated fee. Where for his car it would only cost about $10.00. So who is out the money me or him? I would say him. He is saying he can't afford it because he doesn't have a job, but yet this past weekend he took his girlfriend her two daughters and my two kids to Disney land. Please help!!

Since you have an attorney why are you not having him file for a modification of visitation so that these things are spelled out?
Since you have an attorney I cannot speculate as to what is happening.
Have you asked your lawyer?
It is not worth fighting over, if it were me then I would drive all the time, take that issue out of the equation.
