just got divorced

my exhusband and i just got divorced there are three children invovled two are not his. I want to pursue the other fathers for child support.it has been noted in the divorce dicree that my ex is not there father.my question is now that he has been cleared by the divorce judge can i legaly seek child support from the other two men without having to do a DNA test?

It depends on whether they have declared paternity. If they haven't and don't want to, you will have to petition the court to allow a paternity test and petition for child support if the tests are positive.
