Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorced father of 6 year old girl, shared parental responsibility. Ex-wife had gay 55 year old roomate living in the house with daughter for 2 years and providing care for the child despite my objections. He moved out 6 months ago when new boyfriend moved in with her. I just discovered two weeks ago that gay ex-roomate was arrested in 1996 for lewd and lascivious and exposure of sexual organs in a public bathroom. Ex-wife knew about it but didn't inform me. I don't know if ex-roomate still caring for the child or still coming around to visit her and ex-wife. Ex-wife refuses to provide any info on new boyfriend. Can I get a restraining order on the ex-roomate on behalf of my daughter so he can't come around her anymore? I have all the court docs as well as police and arrest reports for the incident. He wasn't adjuticated a sex offender because he completed his 3 months of probation and part of the deal was a withhold adjutication. Thank you. JC

Since he is no longer living there you probably have no recourse on that point. However, I would report this situation to the Dept. of Children and Family Servies and provide them with your information. They wish to file an action on your behalf and remove the child from the custody of your ex wife.
