Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I got divorced in 09 and my ex gave me a pay-out of $30,000.00. I do not work and i need to know, "Do i have to declare the Money from the Marital Home?"

Not enough information. It would depend on whether you made a profit on the sale of the home. It is not clear what the monet was for.
