Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am divorced and my ex husband was supposed to pay me 50% of the assessed value of our house he let it go into foreclosure and paid me nothing. I want to know is there any way to get this off my credit rating and is there anyway to get the money owed to me from him for the house?
