if you are getting divorced and the husband is unemployed with no money or assrts and renting an aprtment along with having no car but the wife has a job, money and a car and has decided to move out what happens?

What do you mean, what happens? Do you mean, can the husband get temporary alimony? Maybe, but he also needs to look for a job. You haven't provided enough information for me to determine if he could qualify for temporary alimony.
