Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex & I divorced in July 2011, we had agreed he was to pay support and when he sold any of our stuff we would split the money. He has not paid any support. He was living in Costa Rica and recently relocated back to Florida so now that he's back in the states is there any type of legal form or letter that can be sent to him just to wake him up and tell him I mean business and he better start paying me support? Also he finally admitted he sold alot of our stuff but said he needed all the money to move back here and get work so I got none of the money from the sales, I think he's lying and did not spend all the money, is there anything I can do to get my half of the money as agreed in our divorce agreement? I lost everything in the divorce and had to move in with my Mother, I have no car, no money, had to leave everything in Costa Rica with him. We were both living in Costa Rica until we split, he cheated and admitted it. Please help.

You have to file a motion to enforce the agreement, or in the alternative a motion for contempt. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
