Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorced in 2004 with ex having liberal custody of children everything was fine until 2008. Then kids were kept from me by my ex and his wife. I have not been able to speak to them and the kids stepmom even went as far to place an injunction for protection order on me for unjustified reasons. Would kidnapping charges come into play since this was to torture me? They have turned my kids against me and will not allow them to see any family including their brother of whom lives with me.
