if i am not yet divorced but living out of the house can my wife keep my children from me legely?

If your divorce is not pending, yes, though it will look bad for her custody case if she doesn't have a good reason. If you have a divorce pending, you should file a motion for temporary custody. This is definitely the time to get a lawyer.

It depends. If no papers are filed, you have every right to the children and she does. If divorce papers are pending, then possibly. You need to get an attorney - file for temporary visitation rights and this should resolve those issues until the divorce is final.
