Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Me ex and I divorced about 6 months ago after being separated for over two years. His belongings have been in my garage the whole time. He came down last month and picked some things up. He left his 1968 Firebird here and now asked me to sell it. He now won't provide the title unless I agree to giving him 70% of what is made from selling it. My question is, if in the divorce decree it states that everything at my property address is mine, can he do that? The title is in his name but I paid for everything at the time. In accordance with the law, what can I do?

ask the court to enter an order requiring him to execute the documents necessary to transfer title to you.
