Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

When I divorced my ex and I had a MSA done. It says that I was responsible for paying 90% of private tuition and she was responsible for paying 10%. This was based on our current income levels at the time. Since then it\'s more of a 70/30 split because she makes more, but she doesn\'t want to pay more than her 10%. Can I get in trouble if I refuse to pay the 90% for private tuition? I\'ve always been ontime with my child support, but the tuition is out of control

In family law we have a saying: everyone has a right to make a bad deal. It sounds like you made a bad deal. Your deal should have been structured so that the private tuition payments would be based on incomes as they changed, not on a flat 90/10 basis. Yes, you\'ll get in trouble if you refuse to pay 90%.
