Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorced in 1982. in NJ had one child now emancipated. I live in FLA 8 years ex now lives in PA.

For any future court issues do they need to go through NJ or can I do in Florida?

Also. I was recently ordered to pay some medical costs from 15 years ago, if i do not pay what action does my ex have,? and or can money be ordered out of pay check through probation?

It depends on the problem, but generally it would go through NJ where there is an order. If you do not pay what ios ordered, the court can hold you in contempt, can enter a judgment against you and your ex can force the sale of assets of garnish wages, as appropriate, to get paid.
