Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was divorced in Oct. 2003 in Orange County Florida and a income deduction order was created. Several weeks ago my ex-wife passed away, how do I stop these deductions from my payroll check?

File a motion to abate child support on the ground that you are now the custodial parent.
