Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was divorced Oct. 1 2009, I requested my maiden name back, but the judge said NO due to a bankruptcy 7 years ago...how should I get this settled.........

Ummmm, that's weird. The law says that a woman can take back her maiden name in a divorce without having to prove she isn't trying to defraud creditors (so long as it doesn't harm the children).

I don't know what to say except that the judge was wrong. You need to appeal. Call me if you need help.
