Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am getting divorced. Although have not officially filed. My question is is illegal for me to date other women and have my children around her or her kids. Me and my ex have not been together in 2 and a half years. My ex is trying to keep my kids from me. I do not have a court order for visitation as I was told I had to wait until we went to court for the divorce. I am already paying court ordred child support.

Not so, file a Petition for Visitation.

Todd,

No, it's not illegal for you to date or bring your children around your girlfriend. Many lawyers advise not to allow your children to spend the night around a girlfriend, though, until your divorce is complete.
