Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I divorced in Pasco County Florida four years ago. My ex-wife and kids now live in Virginia. How do I go about getting the case moved to Virginia? Changing the venue/juristiction? I was told to get it moved to make things easier because neither of us live in Florida anymore.

If you need to reopen based on some issue regarding the kids, your venue is probably Virginia, but you\'d have to ask a Virginia lawyer to be sure. Other issues may be in either Virginia or Florida, but you should ask a Virginia lawyer first.
