Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I got divorced and remarried does my previous spouse have any claim to my account which is in my name only.

If you've placed money into an account while you are married, the account must usually be split upon divorce. It doesn't matter whose name is on the account or who earned the money. If you earned the money after your divorce, your old spouse has no claim.

If you owe her money, it does. If you hid the account from her during the divorce, she does.
