Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I divorced in 2004. I have shared custody of two sons with my ex spouse. In 2005 I petitioned with approval from my ex spouse to relocate out state. The courts approved the petition. I did relocate more than 50 miles from my ex spouse, but not out state. I am now looking to relocate again (2016) outside of Florida. Do I have to send a new petition?
